Travel times are approximate. Roads and seasonal timetables can change on weekends, so check the latest transport information before departure.
For Fussa, Hamura, Ome, Mitake and Okutama. Trains run less frequently beyond Ome, so check your return time in advance.
For Akiruno, Hinode and Hinohara. Local buses connect Musashi-Itsukaichi Station with Hinode and Hinohara.
Start at Hakonegasaki Station for Mizuho. Combine local buses and walking depending on your destination.
Expect congestion and full car parks during hiking and holiday seasons. Public transport may be easier for popular sites.
